Our take

BrightFire gives each agency a custom homepage and page layouts on its own managed platform, then keeps the site stocked with coverage pages and weekly posts. A redesign every two years is included.

For an independent agency it is one of the simpler buys here: one price, no setup fee and no term. Leads reach AgencyZoom or Xanatek directly and most other agency systems through Zapier.

What you trade for the low commitment is ownership. The design and BrightFire's content stay with BrightFire, so leaving means rebuilding.

Good to know before you buy

  • Every service has a 30-day money-back guarantee, once per customer. Custom work and domain fees are excluded.
  • Yearly plans get a prorated refund or credit for unused months. Monthly plans don't.
  • BrightFire doesn't host email. It points you to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
  • BrightFire registers only .com, .net, .org and .us. It won't take .agency or .insure.

Build and launch

  1. Talk to sales and enroll

The first payment is taken at signup.

  2. Send what you have

Content you wrote can move to the new site. BrightFire can take over your domain or leave it at your registrar.

  3. Design calls

Two phone calls and a review, about two hours of your time per BrightFire.

  4. Approve the design

The team keeps revising until you approve.

  5. Go live

Usually within three weeks, depending on how fast you give feedback.

Timing and your hours are BrightFire's estimates. A fresh redesign is included every two years while you subscribe.

Corrections

Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan BrightFire quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where BrightFire has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
