AgencyBloc AMS+ review for insurance agencies: pricing, lead routing and integrations

By the IAT editorial team | Updated October 9, 2026

AgencyBloc AMS+ is an agency management system for health, Medicare and benefits agencies, with a CRM built in. Leads come in from vendors, forms and calls, get routed to an agent and stay in the same system once they become clients.

It suits agencies, general agencies (GAs) and marketing organizations (FMOs) that want leads, policies and compliance forms together. Pricing is quoted by package, and automatic routing starts at the middle one.

Our take

Choose AgencyBloc if you run a health, Medicare or benefits agency and want one system from first lead to renewal. Scope of Appointment and consent forms, Medicare quoting links and policy records sit next to the leads.

Lead buyers need at least Accelerate, the first package that routes leads by state, county or source. Elevate adds calling and call queues.

No prices are published, and the contract renews for a year unless you give 60 days notice.

Pros

  • Leads, clients and policies in one system
  • Routing rules by state, county or lead source
  • Scope of Appointment and ACA consent forms built in
  • Completed Medicare enrollments come back from HealthSherpa, SunFire and others
  • Renewal tasks and a coverage-gap report

Cons

  • No published prices
  • Automatic routing needs Accelerate or higher
  • Built-in calling only on Elevate
  • Renews for 12 months unless you give 60 days notice
  • Few P&C connections

  • Agency websites cost extra, outside package pricing.
  • Commissions+ is priced separately, by transaction volume.
  • Unpaid balances add 1.5% a month, and card processing fees are passed on.
  • Moving your data over took 6 to 8 weeks in AgencyBloc's 2022 guide.

Corrections

Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan AgencyBloc AMS+ quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where AgencyBloc AMS+ has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
