AMS360 is Vertafore's agency management system for independent P&C agencies. It holds clients, policies, certificates, carrier downloads and a full general ledger, with trust and operating bank accounts.
It fits growing and multi-office agencies that want their books and servicing in one system. Vertafore quotes it after a demo and hosts it, with downloads, PL Rating and the client portal licensed separately.

Our take
AMS360 suits an independent P&C agency that has outgrown a simple system and wants accounting, commercial servicing and downloads under one roof. The general ledger, trust accounting and bank reconciliation are built in, which smaller systems often leave to QuickBooks.
Price it carefully. Policy, commission and claims downloads each need their own license, and PL Rating and InsurLink cost extra, so get all of them on one quote. Once you sign, you can't cut licenses until the term ends.

Good to know before you buy
- You must send your data within 10 business days when asked and schedule setup within six months, or the order lapses with no refund.
- Usage over what your order covers, such as users or storage, is billed at current rates.
- Third-party charges billed through Vertafore can change without notice.
