Our take

Advisor Evolved sits between a template and a custom build. Quick Launch puts your brand on its own WordPress layouts, and Custom Build adds a design made for you plus blog posts and Google Business Profile work.

It suits an independent agency that wants leads to land in AgencyZoom or HawkSoft and doesn't want a contract. The setup fee is high next to the monthly fee, so the first year costs far more than later years.

The limit that matters is portability. You keep your domain and can export your content, but the theme and plugins stay behind, so leaving means a rebuild.

Pros

  • No minimum term, billed month to month
  • Forms feed AgencyZoom and HawkSoft directly
  • Canopy Connect fills in drivers, vehicles and policies on your forms
  • You keep your domain, registrar account and email
  • 40+ ready-made landing pages and unlimited pages
  • Content, forms and search settings export when you leave

Cons

  • Theme and plugins stay behind, so leaving means a rebuild
  • Setup fees run high next to the monthly price
  • One revision round included. More cost extra
  • No refund for unused time, and setup is nonrefundable once work starts
  • No server, FTP or plugin access
  • Blog posts written for you only on Custom Build

Good to know before you buy

  • Monthly billing starts 30 days after you buy, and delays on your side don't pause it.
  • The setup fee isn't refundable once work starts.
  • Custom Build can carry extra development charges if the scope grows.
  • Local Traffic Marketing usually asks for six months up front, then goes month to month.

Build and launch

  1. Pick a plan

Pay the setup fee. Monthly billing starts 30 days later.

  2. Fill in the intake

Send the questionnaire with your logo and team photos. Then give access to your domain account. Advisor Evolved checks your old site for content it can reuse.

  3. Review the draft

You see the new site on a test address while your old site stays live.

  4. Send one round of changes

One revision session is included. Your full list is due within 5 business days of the draft.

  5. Go live

You point your domain to Advisor Evolved. A one-to-one onboarding call follows launch.

Advisor Evolved quotes 20 to 30 days for Quick Launch and 30 to 90 days for Custom Build. Slow answers from your side stretch both. Extra revision rounds cost $400 to $1,000 each.

Corrections

Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan Advisor Evolved quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where Advisor Evolved has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
