GravityCerts review for insurance agencies: website pricing, ownership and quote forms

By the IAT editorial team | Updated October 4, 2026

GravityCerts builds managed WordPress websites for agencies, with 200+ insurance pages and intake forms that feed agency systems. Agency owners built it for their own agency first.

Plans run $199 to $399 a month with no setup fee on a template. A custom design costs $2,495 or $3,995 once.

Our take

GravityCerts offers templates on every plan and custom design on the two larger ones. Its edge is the forms: a quote request can create a Momentum AMP prospect with drivers and vehicles, or an AgencyZoom lead with tags and files.

It suits a P&C agency that runs on Momentum or AgencyZoom and wants less retyping. Teams Pass is where those feeds start.

The limit is portability. Cancel and the site goes offline, and its pages and designs stay with GravityCerts.

  • Forms create detailed records in Momentum AMP and AgencyZoom
  • No setup fee on a template and no minimum term

Cons

  • The site goes offline when you cancel
  • No refunds, and setup is nonrefundable once work starts
  • AMS and CRM feeds start at Teams Pass
  • Health information isn't allowed on the site
  • Terms let GravityCerts change or end the service without notice

Corrections

Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan GravityCerts quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where GravityCerts has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
