AgentMethods review for insurance agencies: website pricing, ownership and quote forms

By the IAT editorial team | Updated October 4, 2026

AgentMethods builds and hosts insurance agent websites on its own platform, with an editable content library, request forms and two-way CRM connections.

It is built around Medicare, health and life agents. Website prices come by quote on an order form, which runs a year unless it says otherwise.

Our take

AgentMethods is a template platform for agents who sell Medicare, health and life. The team sets up the site and writes your bio, then you run it in a drag-and-drop editor.

Its strongest point is the CRM side. AgencyBloc, MedicarePRO, Zoho, GoGuru and HighLevel connect both ways, so leads land in your system with their source.

The contract is the part to read closely. Prices come by quote, a year is the default term and ending early means paying the rest of it.

Pros

  • Two-way connections to AgencyBloc, MedicarePRO and HighLevel
  • Secure form option keeps health details out of email alerts
  • Hourly backups and automatic SSL
  • Scheduler collects a Scope of Appointment form
  • Insurance content library kept up to date for you
  • You keep the rights to your domain

Cons

  • No published website prices
  • Renews automatically at the list price of the day
  • The rest of the term is due if you leave early
  • The site can't move to another host
  • Support coaches you instead of making edits after launch

Good to know before you buy

  • Paying yearly takes 10% off.
  • Renewals are at the list price of the day.
  • Onboarding doesn't create a new Google Business Profile or social accounts.
  • Scale onboarding doesn't set up email on your domain.

Build and launch

  1. See a demo and sign

Your order form sets the package, price and term.

  2. Connect your accounts

Give access to your domain and your Google Business, Facebook, RetireFlo or AgentReview accounts. Scale also needs your social accounts, contact list and calendar.

  3. AgentMethods builds it

The team sets up the template and writes your agency bio from your old site.

  4. Final tweaks

Small changes are included in onboarding.

  5. Go live

You add the DNS records at your registrar. SSL turns on once the domain connects.

AgentMethods aims for 20 days on Launch and 30 days on Scale from intake to launch. Extra onboarding meetings cost $100 each.

Corrections

Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan AgentMethods quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where AgentMethods has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
