How this tool works
We read each firm's public pages, terms and service agreements. For every asset we mark what the firm says. Some say you keep it, some state terms that come with limits or conditions, and for some we found nothing.
"You keep it" means the firm's own words say the asset stays with your agency or belongs to it. Even then there can be conditions, like paying in full first, so read what each firm wrote before you count on it.
