Our take

Forge is a template site done well for insurance. Agency Revolution customizes a ready-made design with your branding and office pages, then adds a 200+ page coverage library, quote and service forms and a dashboard for leads.

It fits an independent agency that wants a polished site without writing coverage pages itself. Essential covers most agencies. Premium makes sense if you'd pay for texting and review tools anyway, since both cost more as add-ons.

The limit that matters most is what happens if you leave. The platform, design and coverage pages stay with Agency Revolution, so you start over elsewhere with only the content you wrote.

Pros

  • 200+ coverage pages and interactive graphics ready on day one
  • Service forms for certificates, ID cards, claims and policy changes
  • Form leads go straight into AgencyZoom
  • Embeds for raters, intake tools and client portals
  • Premium producer links route leads to the producer who shared them
  • You can keep the domain in your own registrar account

Cons

  • Design and coverage library stay behind if you cancel
  • Content transfer is billed hourly and ends 15 days after termination
  • Leaving early means paying out the rest of the term
  • Renews yearly unless you give 30 days written notice
  • Billing starts at sign-up, weeks before launch
  • Quote forms collect requests and return no rates

Build and launch

  1. Pick a plan and sign

Your order sets the first term. Billing starts now.

  2. Send your details

Fill in the questionnaire and send your logo, team photos, the coverages you write and the look you like.

  3. Agency Revolution builds it

A project manager, content manager and designer set up your home, about and location pages on a Forge design. This takes about 4 to 6 weeks.

  4. Review and approve

You send feedback and approve the site, usually over 1 to 2 weeks.

  5. Go live

Old pages redirect to the new ones. Agency Revolution changes the domain settings or sends your IT team the steps, and your email stays as it is.

Timings are Agency Revolution's estimates and start once your questionnaire is complete. Add-ons you bought are set up after launch.

How we researched this review. We based this review on the pricing, terms and product pages published by Agency Revolution Forge, reviewed in October 2026, together with our team's experience working with insurance agents and agency owners since 2008.

Corrections

Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan Agency Revolution Forge quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where Agency Revolution Forge has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
