NextAgency review: pricing, downloads and accounting
NextAgency is an agency management system with a built-in CRM for health, benefits, Medicare, life and disability agencies. Each client or group is a case with its contacts, policies and compliance forms.
It costs $85 a user per month, or $70.83 billed yearly, with a 30-day free trial. Commission tracking is an add-on.

Our take
NextAgency fits health, benefits, Medicare and life agencies that want one system for clients, policies, compliance forms and renewals, not a CRM beside a separate AMS. Workflows run renewals, turning-65 outreach and birthday notes from the case data.
Most agencies start with the trial and import their own spreadsheets, with paid help for larger books.
Agencies that pay sub-agents can add NextCommission for statements and splits.
Pros
- Published per-user prices and a 30-day free trial
- Scope of Appointment forms signed and stored with the case
- Workflows from renewal dates, turning 65 and birthdays
- A filter finds clients missing a product you sell
- Commission tracking with sub-agent statements as an add-on
Cons
- No ACORD, IVANS or DMV links for P&C work
- No carrier policy downloads
- Published prices cover up to 10 users only
- No Android app

Corrections
Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan NextAgency quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where NextAgency has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
