Our take
Pick InsuredMine if you run an independent P&C agency and want your CRM to stay in step with the AMS. Clients, policies and activity sync with AMS360, Applied Epic, NowCerts and most other big systems, so producers work leads and renewals without retyping.
Lite covers agencies with up to 10 users. The $1 trial tests pipelines, email and texting, but not the AMS sync, which is the main reason to buy it.
Routing is simple. Leads rotate evenly or are assigned by hand, with no rules by state or line.
Pros
- Two-way sync with AMS360, Applied Epic, NowCerts and QQCatalyst
- Web leads post straight into a pipeline through a lead API
- Leads nobody is assigned wait in a shared pipeline to be claimed
- Quote-to-close reports by lead source, agent and carrier
- One flat price for up to 10 users on Lite
- Client portal and client app included
Cons
- The trial leaves out the AMS sync
- Lite requires a yearly contract
- No refund when you leave a yearly agreement early
- Round robin or hand assignment only, with no rules by state or line
- EZLynx agencies upload a file instead of syncing

Lead intake
Lead vendors and websites post auto, home and auto-plus-home leads to InsuredMine's lead API. Each lead lands as a deal card in the pipeline and stage you choose.
- Ways leads come in
- Lead API, web forms, CSV or Excel import, Zapier, service emails or by hand
- Current policy details
- Canopy Connect brings in a prospect's policies, limits and expiration dates
- Duplicates
- Imports match by email and phone. You choose whether a match is updated, skipped or added as new
Assignment rules

Round robin
Set per pipeline. An administrator picks the agents and their order, and leads rotate evenly among them.
By hand
Assign a lead to one agent, several agents or a primary agent, or assign many at once.
- If nobody is assigned
- The lead waits in the shared pipeline until an agent claims it or an administrator assigns it
- If a lead goes quiet
- Stale-deal reports flag cards with no activity past the limit you set for each stage
Follow-up and calling
Pipelines run tasks, emails, texts, drips, reminders and booking links. A stage change, a win or a loss can start or stop a campaign.
- Calling
- Through RingCentral or Lightspeed Voice, with call logs and recordings
- AI voice agent
- Answers missed and after-hours calls and books appointments
- Voicemail drops
- Ringless voicemail through Slybroadcast
- Opt-outs
- STOP and similar replies block texts. Unsubscribes, bounces and complaints block email. Each contact also has call and automation opt-outs
- Back to the AMS
- Notes, tasks, files, policies and quotes can sync back, depending on the system
Client and policy records
Accounts hold contacts, and policies attach to each contact. A personal account can be one person or a couple, and commercial accounts carry business details.
- With an AMS
- The AMS stays the system of record for policies. InsuredMine handles relationships and workflow
- Without an AMS
- InsuredMine holds the policies itself
Renewals, retention and cross-sell

Renewals
Expiration dates create renewal cards that send scheduled messages. With NowCerts, QQCatalyst and AMS360, the stages stop once the renewed policy reaches the AMS.
Renewal risk scores
AMS360 and Applied Epic agencies get an AI risk score on open renewal cards, refreshed every 15 days.
Cross-sell
Flags monoline accounts, such as auto without home, and runs campaigns by policy type, carrier and premium.
Win-backs and cancellations
Lost deals can return as win-back cards with their old quotes. Canceled or non-renewed policies from the AMS can start a timed campaign.

Corrections
Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan InsuredMine quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where InsuredMine has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
