Levitate for Insurance review: pricing, automations and AMS connections for agents

By the IAT editorial team | Updated October 4, 2026

Levitate sends insurance emails and texts from each producer's own mailbox, so they read like personal notes. Renewal and birthday automations run from policy data pulled from your AMS.

It fits an agency that wants ready content and a specialist to plan it with. Every plan is quoted.

Our take

Sending through your own mailbox is Levitate's main draw, since clients see a note from their producer instead of a newsletter. The cost is a daily cap per user, so large lists queue over several days.

The insurance library and specialist cut the writing work. HawkSoft, AMS360 and QQCatalyst agencies also get activity written back.

Read the consent section before launch, since renewal automations still reach clients who unsubscribed.

Pros

  • Emails go out from each producer's own mailbox
  • Insurance templates, including Medicare education
  • Activity logged back to HawkSoft, AMS360 and QQCatalyst
  • Texting on every plan, with registration paid
  • A dedicated specialist plans content with you

Cons

  • No published prices
  • Daily send caps of 200 to 350 per user
  • Renewal automations, meeting reminders and one-to-one email still reach unsubscribed clients
  • Epic and EZLynx links are read-only
  • Campaign reports are gone after you cancel

Corrections

Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan Levitate for Insurance quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where Levitate for Insurance has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
