QQCatalyst is Vertafore's browser-based agency management system for independent P&C agencies. It holds clients, policies, downloads, ACORD forms, agency billing, commissions and texting, while QuickBooks keeps the general ledger.
It fits small and growing agencies that want to work from any browser. Vertafore quotes it per user license and sells AMS360 as the step up.

Our take
QQCatalyst suits a small independent P&C agency that wants a browser system with downloads, texting and email follow-ups, and a PL Rating bridge for personal lines quotes. The higher plans add a sales pipeline and automated email series.
Keep three limits in mind. The general ledger lives in QuickBooks Online, and some carriers' downloads need a Windows helper on one office PC. The contract also renews on its own, so put the 60-day notice date on your calendar.
