Our take
Bridge is for agencies whose main goal is getting every call and text into the agency system. Its list of agency system links is one of the longest here.
It isn't a list dialer for a small team. The dialer sits in Advanced Phone, which needs 25 users.
The contract is strict. Renewal is automatic for 12 months, and leaving early costs the full remaining balance.

Cons

Corrections
Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan Bridge quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where Bridge has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
