Aircall review for insurance agents: pricing, dialing and compliance

By the IAT editorial team | Updated October 9, 2026

Aircall is a cloud phone system that logs every call and text to your CRM. It handles inbound routing, texting and recording, and Professional adds a power dialer and outbound campaigns.

It fits agencies of three or more people that live in Salesforce, HubSpot or another CRM. Most agencies that call leads will want Professional.

Our take

Aircall is a business phone system with list dialing on its higher plan. It fits agencies that want calls, notes and recordings attached to CRM records without typing, and that take as many calls as they make.

Essentials covers the phone system. Professional is the plan for producers who work lists, since it adds the power dialer, campaigns, voicemail drop and local presence.

It is not a high-speed dialer. Calls go one at a time per agent, and Do Not Call, consent and cross-channel opt-outs stay outside Aircall.

Pros

  • Two-way logging to Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Pipedrive and Zoho CRM
  • Strong inbound routing by skill, team, hours or CRM details
  • No port-out fee, and bring-your-own-carrier is possible
  • Recording notices for inbound and outbound calls
  • Unlimited recording retention on Professional, by request

Cons

  • Three-user minimum on self-serve plans
  • Power dialer, voicemail drop and local presence need Professional
  • No predictive or multi-line dialing for agents
  • No Do Not Call list, and text opt-outs stay on one number
  • Spam checks and branded caller ID cost extra per use

Corrections

Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan Aircall quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where Aircall has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
