Our take

LeadMaker fits agents and call centers who want a large volume of aged leads at a low cost per lead and plan to work them by phone, text or mail. The caller packs suit agents who would rather have someone else make the first calls and hand over interested prospects as live-transfer appointments.

Most agents should start with a 1,000-lead pack in one line and area, measure contact and appointment rates, then size up to a larger pack, where the price per lead drops to about five cents.

Before calling, scrub aged leads against the state and national Do Not Call lists, and plan your follow-up before you buy a large pack.

Pros

  • Published prices for every pack size
  • Aged leads for as little as about five cents each in large packs
  • Target by area code, ZIP code, county or radius
  • Caller packs to work leads for you
  • Instant access to aged packs once you order

Cons

  • No refunds or credits
  • No published consent or Do Not Call process for the leads
  • Caller packs need 14 days' written notice to cancel

Corrections

Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan LeadMaker quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where LeadMaker has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
