iLeads review: leads, pricing and terms

By the IAT editorial team | Updated October 2, 2026

iLeads is a Southern California lead company founded in 1996, and it sells auto, home, health and life leads from people who filled out an insurance quote form online. Leads come in both real-time and aged form, sourced from its own websites, from outside affiliates and from inventory that other lead companies hold.

The account is free to open. You fund it with credits and pick leads one at a time in the store, and each lead shows its price before you buy it.

Our take

iLeads fits auto, home, health and life agents who want to choose individual leads, with the price visible before they buy and no minimum order.

Most agents should start by filtering to the territory they're licensed in and the line they sell, buy a few real-time leads and a few aged leads and compare cost per sale. Aged leads sell in three age bands, and older bands cost less.

Real-time leads are posted as they come in, so call new leads as soon as they arrive.

Pros

  • You see the price of each lead before buying
  • No minimum order and a free account
  • Real-time and aged leads in the same store
  • Filters for line, territory and owner-occupied households

Cons

  • Leads older than 14 days when you buy them can't be replaced, and other leads are sold as is
  • iLeads can end or suspend your access without notice

iLeads sells real-time and aged leads in four lines. It also sells marketing lists and data products for other uses, and those are separate from the leads on this page.

Getting started

  1. Create a free account. You need to be 18 or older.
  2. Fund the account with credits. Available credits apply to your invoice at checkout, and you can switch them off.
  3. Filter the live inventory by line, by household and by the territory where you're licensed, then add leads to your cart and check out.

Pricing

iLeads shows you the exact price of each lead before you buy it. Aged leads are priced below real-time leads, and older leads cost less.

Pricing is by quote

iLeads doesn't publish a price we can put into a calculator, so your cost comes from iLeads's quote.

What sets the price

  • Fixed price per lead in the store. Price decreases as lead age increases
  • You pay for leads

To see what other vendors in the category charge, see the insurance lead companies cost guide.

Filters

You filter live inventory by line (auto, home, health or life), territory and household, such as owner-occupied homes. For aged leads you also choose an age band: 0 to 30 days, 31 to 60 days or 61 to 90+ days.

Lead quality checks

Leads come from iLeads' own websites, outside affiliates and inventory consigned by other lead companies. iLeads says it checks leads against property and homeownership records. Aged leads come from iLeads' older leads and from other generators, and are resold.

Delivery and integrations

You buy leads in the iLeads store and the inventory is open at all hours. Each lead includes the phone number and email the shopper entered.

Lead returns

iLeads replaces for free any lead that has bad contact information, is a fictitious record or is a duplicate. Leads that were more than 14 days old when you bought them aren't eligible. Every other lead is sold as is.

Contract and cancellation details

Corrections

Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan iLeads quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where iLeads has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
