Best health insurance lead companies

Updated

These are the strongest options for health leads we found, ranked by objective trust signals: how much a company discloses, who stands behind it, whether it publishes prices and how many years it has operated. No scores are shown, and your own needs decide which one suits you.

12 companies made the list for health leads, and five of them show a price on their own pages. The published per-lead prices run from $4 at NextGen Leads up to $30 at SmartFinancial, and sharing splits like this: four sell only exclusive and six sell both.

The order is our default trust order: disclosure, identity, pricing and years in business. Each price is what the company publishes for health leads, with its date.

How we chose

A company qualifies when one of its offers lists health among the lines it sells. That gave us 24 offers from 12 companies, priced September 2026 to October 2026. On deposits, five ask for a deposit and four ask for none.

Aged leads are a separate kind of product, so the four aged offers from four companies are kept out of the counts above. Results with health leads vary with your market and your follow-up habits. Spend a little with two or three, treat their leads identically and compare what each policy costs you.

Frequently asked questions

How do I choose a company for health leads?

Shortlist a few and trial each with a modest purchase of health leads, following up on every lead identically before you commit more money. Six of the 12 publish a window for reporting bad leads, between 3 and 10 days, so ask the others for theirs in writing.

When do exclusive health leads justify what they cost?

Sometimes, when they close more often. The cheapest exclusive price per lead here is $4 at NextGen Leads, against $8 at SmartFinancial for shared. Judge by what each sale costs you.

What do health leads cost?

Published prices here are $4 to $30 per lead across four companies, $18 to $70 per call across two companies and $1,350 to $2,300 per month across one company. Seven of the 12 publish no price for it.

Why are aged leads listed separately?

Aged health leads are a separate kind of product. The shoppers were sold to earlier buyers first and the low price reflects low contact rates.

All four that sell them also sell fresh leads on this line. The lowest aged price published for health leads is $0.75 to $16 per lead.

How we researched this. We based this page on each company's published pricing where available, terms and product pages, reviewed in October 2026, together with our team's experience working with insurance agents and agency owners since 2008.
