Our take

InsureLeads fits agents who want exclusive leads at prices they can see before they talk to anyone, with a choice of how much screening happens before the lead reaches them: a plain web lead, a contact-verified lead, a live transfer or a preset appointment. Final expense, Medicare, life and annuity agents get the widest choice.

Most agents should start with aged leads, which have no minimum order, or a single fresh lead campaign in one line and state, then compare cost per sale across lead types before moving to transfers or appointments.

Set your state, age and coverage filters before launch, since county, ZIP code and narrow age targeting add a surcharge to the base price.

Pros

  • Published prices for every line and lead type
  • Fresh leads go to one buyer and aren't resold
  • Contact-verified leads, live transfers and appointments for more screening
  • Unused wallet funds can be refunded
  • Month to month, no fee to cancel
  • TrustedForm or Jornaya certificate on each web lead
  • Lists 33 CRM and dialer connections

Cons

  • Fresh lead campaigns start at $2,500 and live transfers at $3,000
  • County, ZIP code and narrow targeting add a surcharge
  • Returns must be requested within 72 hours
  • Aged leads may have been sold to other agents before

Contact-verified leads

For a contact-verified lead, an InsureLeads rep reaches the person and confirms five things before delivery: the phone works, it's the right person, they live in your state, they fit your age or business criteria and they're interested in the product.

Live transfers

A screener checks the caller's interest, age and state and then puts the call through to you. You only get billed for a transfer once the right person has been on the line for at least 90 seconds, has confirmed interest, meets your state, age and eligibility filters and you're available to take the call.

If a call isn't right you can decline it while it's in progress. Pre-vetted final expense transfers include extra questions about health and medications and come in guaranteed issue and level or graded tiers.

Aged leads

Aged leads come in four age bands that run from 30 to 90 days old up to more than a year old. They arrive as a CSV file or get pushed to your CRM, and other agents may have bought them before you.

Preset appointments

You can buy appointments two ways. A confirmed appointment is billed once it is booked and confirmed, and a kept appointment is billed once the person actually attends or completes a real phone consultation. If a confirmed appointment doesn't show you get one free rebooking attempt.

Getting started

  1. Book a call or email InsureLeads. You pick your line, lead type and territory and get back a quote that stays valid for seven days.
  2. Fund your prepaid wallet by card or ACH. ACH saves 2%, and you can turn on auto-reload with your own amount and threshold.
  3. Next come your filters and a daily cap, plus a limit on how many calls can ring at once if you buy live transfers.
  4. Leads arrive by email, text, webhook, API or straight into your CRM or dialer, and each one is debited from your wallet.

Pricing

The full rate card is public. What you pay depends on the line and lead type and also on state, filters and season.

Commit to $5,000 or more a month in prepaid spend and you get a 5% discount, and at $10,000 or more it goes to 8%. Narrow targeting by county, ZIP code, age or coverage adds a surcharge, which is capped at 30% combined.

Sales to break even each month Add volume and commission

Cost per sale is the price divided by your close rate. Break-even is the number of sales whose commission covers a month of spend.

Filters

Targeting is by state, county, ZIP code or a tight radius, with filters for age band, income band, coverage interest and coverage amount. Each campaign also takes a daily cap, and live transfers take a limit on calls at once.

Lead quality checks

Leads come from InsureLeads' own organic search content and paid search and social campaigns, plus publishers and lead partners. Each fresh web lead carries a TrustedForm or Jornaya LeadiD certificate with the exact consent language, timestamp, source URL and IP address.

InsureLeads says it screens for Do Not Call and known litigators at capture and keeps consent records for at least five years. If you hold a lead 31 days or more, scrub it against Do Not Call again before you call.

Delivery and integrations

Fresh leads arrive within seconds by email, text, webhook or REST API, or go straight to your CRM. Live transfers ring through to your phone or a SIP endpoint, and aged leads come as a CSV file or a CRM push. Standard integrations are free, and custom CRM or API setup is priced separately.

InsureLeads integrates with 33 named systems: Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho CRM, Radius Agency CRM, AgencyBloc, Agent CRM, NowCerts, Better Agency, Close, Pipedrive, Follow Up Boss, Velocify, Ricochet360, Convoso, Readymode, Five9, Vici, T-Max, PhoneBurner, CallTools, Kixie, Orum, JustCall, Aircall, Ringba, Zapier, Make, n8n, Pabbly, SalesRabbit, VanillaSoft and Mojo.

Lead returns

Request a return within 72 hours of delivery with the lead ID, the reason and, if asked, a dialer log, screenshot or short recording. InsureLeads replaces the lead with one of the same type or credits your wallet at the original price.

Aged leads are sold as they are, with credit only for a duplicate already sold to you or a lead outside your ordered state or line.

Corrections

Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan InsureLeads quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where InsureLeads has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
