Ricochet360 review for insurance agencies: pricing, lead routing and integrations

By the IAT editorial team | Updated October 9, 2026

Ricochet360 is a CRM, cloud phone system and dialer for teams that buy leads, insurance agencies among them. Leads post in by API, file or Zapier and drop straight into a live calling queue.

Plans are priced per user, with lower rates on a yearly contract. Farmers agencies get their own plans.

Our take

Ricochet360 is for an agency or call team that buys leads in volume and wants to call each one within seconds. New leads land in a live queue, and the next agent dialing takes them.

Booster is the first plan with the dialer. Farmers agencies have their own plans.

Terms renew on their own and can't be ended early, and there's no direct AMS link.

Pros

  • CRM, cloud phone, texting and a dialer in one per-user plan
  • Posted leads go straight into a live calling queue, and leads that arrive after hours wait in their own queue for the next day
  • Vendor reports show contact, quote and sale rates by lead vendor and campaign
  • Separate versions for Allstate and Farmers agencies, with Farmers quotes sent into APEX
  • Published per-user prices for every plan

Cons

  • Terms renew automatically and can't be cancelled before they end
  • Monthly terms run at least two months, and the lower rates need an annual contract
  • Integrations and email and text automation start at the Explorer plan
  • No direct agency management system connection outside the Farmers APEX quote push
  • Texts, extra minutes and extra phone numbers cost extra

Getting started

  1. Book a demo

Ricochet360 prices the plan and term in a service order.

  2. Register your numbers

Texting registration (A2P 10DLC) and caller ID verification run before you call and text.

  3. Plan your tags

Decide how to tag vendors, campaigns and branches, since tags decide who can call each lead.

  4. Connect lead sources

Point vendors at the API, or upload lists. Assisted uploads take up to three business days.

  5. Set up workstations

Daily Zoom sessions set up each agent, with a training course and video guide.

Support is by email, phone, ticket and Zoom.

Lead intake

Lead vendors, websites and partners post leads to the REST API, and new leads can be dialed right away. Imports can set the vendor, campaign, tag, status and branch.

The lead list shows each lead with its status and the vendor it came from.
Ways leads come in
API posts, CSV import, Zapier and inbound calls tied to a marketing source
Tagging
Distribution rules tag each new lead by its fields, vendor or campaign
Duplicates
Imports can update a match on the field you pick. Admins merge up to six records at once

Assignment rules

First to claim

New leads join a live calling queue, and the next agent dialing gets them.

By state or license

Eligibility filters on each campaign keep leads with the agents who can work them, such as by state or license.

By schedule

Campaigns run on set hours, and after-hours leads wait for the morning.

Owner only

Limit a campaign to leads an agent already owns.

If nobody is dialing
The lead waits at the top of the live queue for the next agent
After hours
Leads wait in an after-hours queue, and the live queue is worked first the next day
Who owns a lead
The agent who calls it, takes its inbound call, gets it by transfer or is assigned it

Follow-up and calling

Agents work leads with calls, texts, email, tasks, sequences and booking. Sequences run until the lead answers, gets a quote or opts out.

Do Not Call
DNC Pro checks federal and state lists with your own registry account. DNC Lite uses status, vendor and lead age
Opt-outs
A Do Not Call status blocks every lead with that number. Do Not Text holds until the person replies START
Caller ID
Local-number caller ID, number masking and Spam Guru (spam-label monitoring) help keep calls from being flagged as spam, from Booster up
Calendars
Tasks sync to Google or Outlook

Client and policy records

Ricochet360 holds contacts and their leads, with up to 50 leads linked to one contact. In the Farmers setup, APEX keeps quotes and policies.

Renewals, retention and cross-sell

Farmers renewals

The Farmers version adds renewal and cross-sell workflows, plus claims, billing and policy change follow-up.

Cross-sell lists

Uploaded lists can split auto-only, home-only and bundled clients.

Corrections

Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan Ricochet360 quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where Ricochet360 has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
