Our take

Agent CRM suits agents and small agencies that sell several lines and want marketing running from templates. Each line comes with campaigns, forms, funnels and call scripts, and a setup tool puts your name, logo and NPN on all of them.

Policies sit on the contact as custom records, so renewal and cross-sell reminders run from real dates. Carrier portals and any AMS stay the policy record.

Texting is where new accounts stall. Start the carrier registration early, since daily text limits stay low until it clears.

Pros

  • One price for as many users as you add
  • Ready-made campaigns, forms and scripts for each line
  • Calling, power dialer, texting and email built in
  • Scope of appointment and ACA consent saved as PDFs
  • Turning-65, AEP and OEP workflows included

Cons

  • A card is needed for the trial, which bills when it ends
  • Calls, texts and texting registration cost extra
  • No AMS connection or commission tracking
  • iPhone app only

Billed on top

  • Calls and texts come out of a prepaid balance that tops itself up on the amount you set.
  • Texting registration fees from the carriers are passed through at cost.
  • The phone system is optional, so you pay nothing for it if you don't use it.
  • Loanne Voice AI, a voice agent that answers calls and books appointments, adds $495 a month.

Good to know before you buy

  • Every plan allows unlimited users, but Agent CRM suggests each agent open an account of their own.
  • Agent CRM pays the agency a rebate of $30 a month for each active agent on its account.
  • New accounts start with low daily text limits that rise over the first week.

Corrections

Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan Agent CRM quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where Agent CRM has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
