How Much Does Email Marketing Software Cost for Insurance Agents?
Nine of the 11 email marketing tools here put prices in dollars on their sites. Two price by quote only. Seven general tools start between $3 and $15.58 a month on their cheapest paid plans.
The two insurance tools with a published price start at $199.95 for AgencyBuzz and $249 for Fuse, plus a $1,000 or $500 setup fee. Levitate and ClientCircle quote the base price. Every price is dated October 2026.
Pricing models
Each row takes the lowest published price a vendor has in that unit. Add-ons, setup fees, usage rates and prices for one narrow group of buyers are not counted.
Nine charge only a flat price for the whole account.
Five have a free plan (MailerLite, Mailchimp, GetResponse Email Marketing, Brevo and Zoho Campaigns), and the ranges leave free plans out.

Why rates differ
Most of these vendors list several prices because the price changes with the plan you pick. For some it also depends on whether you pay monthly or yearly and the unit the price is quoted in.
Setup and one-time fees
Two of the 11 list a setup, onboarding or other one-time fee, each with a price. ActiveCampaign Email Marketing says there is no setup fee. Count any one-time fee in your first-year budget.

- Agency Revolution Fuse. Fuse setup fee: $500.
Contract terms
The contract decides what you pay over time and what it costs to leave. Read the term, the renewal rule and the notice period before you sign.
Seven of the 11 offer month-to-month terms (MailerLite, Mailchimp, GetResponse Email Marketing, ActiveCampaign Email Marketing, Brevo, Zoho Campaigns and Constant Contact Email Marketing). Vendors whose terms say only that a plan runs monthly or yearly are left out of the table.
