Zoho Campaigns review: pricing, automations and AMS connections for agents

By the IAT editorial team | Updated October 4, 2026

Zoho Campaigns is Zoho's email marketing tool, with a free plan and some of the lowest paid prices here. It syncs directly with Zoho CRM, and the Professional plan can start workflows from a renewal date.

It fits an agency already on Zoho or one on a tight budget that writes its own emails. No AMS connects.

Our take

Zoho Campaigns is cheap, and Zoho CRM users get a two-way sync that sends opt-outs back. For a newsletter alone, Standard does the job for a few dollars a month.

Renewal reminders need Professional, since Standard workflows can't start from a date. That plan still costs less than most rivals.

Expect a busier screen than MailerLite or Mailchimp. Strict bounce and complaint limits can close an account without notice.

Pros

  • Some of the lowest paid prices in this group
  • Direct Zoho CRM sync, with opt-outs sent back
  • A free plan for up to 2,000 contacts
  • Bounced and non-marketing contacts aren't billed
  • Pay-as-you-go credits for occasional senders

Cons

  • Renewal date triggers need Professional
  • No workflows on the free plan
  • No insurance content or AMS link
  • High bounces can close the account without notice
  • A busy, complex screen

Good to know before you buy

  • Contacts synced from Zoho CRM past your limit are skipped, not billed.
  • A dedicated IP address costs $30 a month billed yearly.
  • Moving to a paid plan includes unlimited onboarding sessions for 60 days.
  • Pay-as-you-go credits aren't refunded.

Corrections

Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan Zoho Campaigns quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where Zoho Campaigns has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
