Agency Revolution Fuse review: pricing, automations and AMS connections for agents

By the IAT editorial team | Updated October 4, 2026

Fuse is an email and campaign tool built for independent agencies. It pulls clients, policies and expiration dates from your AMS, then sends renewal, birthday and account review campaigns from a ready library.

It suits agencies that want insurance content written for them and are fine with a yearly contract. A managed service can run the campaigns too.

Our take

Fuse does what general email tools can't: it reads policy dates straight from your AMS and ships with insurance campaigns ready to send. For AMS360 and HawkSoft agencies it also logs each email back on the client record.

The trade-off is cost and commitment. You pay a setup fee, billing starts weeks before launch and leaving early can cost the rest of the term.

Check how your own AMS connects before you sign, since methods range from a live API to an Excel file you upload.

Pros

  • Renewal and birthday dates come straight from your AMS
  • Ready insurance campaigns, from welcome kits to account reviews
  • Activity logs back to AMS360, HawkSoft, QQCatalyst and hosted Xanatek
  • Email, text and postcards in one campaign
  • A managed service can run your marketing for you

Cons

  • A $500 setup fee and no free trial listed
  • Contact tiers aren't published
  • Leaving early costs the remaining fees
  • Some AMS links rely on reports or file uploads
  • EZLynx agencies get no birthday campaigns

What counts as a contact

Any record with a person's name, email, mailing address or similar details. Your order sets the maximum, and adding or editing contacts under it costs nothing.

Good to know before you buy

  • Billing starts at signup, about six weeks before a typical launch.
  • Clients on a second connected AMS list can raise the monthly bill.
  • Custom campaigns, complex forms and new locations may need a paid project.
  • Payments aren't refundable unless your order says so.

AMS and CRM connections

Most connections are one way, from your AMS into Fuse. AMS360, HawkSoft, QQCatalyst and hosted Xanatek can also get email and text activity logged back on the client record.

Zapier works only outward, sending campaign step data to other apps. Data can't come into Fuse that way.

Contacts and policy data

How clients are stored

Insurance content

  • Welcome kits for new clients
  • Birthday and holiday greetings
  • Account reviews and renewal outreach
  • Cross-sell campaigns
  • Client satisfaction surveys

Compliance review

Agency Revolution doesn't publish who reviews its library or whether carriers approve it. Check carrier and state rules before you send.

Editing
Copy any library campaign and edit it. The commercial account review starter campaign is locked
AI writing
FirstDraft writes an editable email from notes and a tone you give it
Done for you
Do It For Me Marketing plans and runs a monthly campaign calendar
Email types
Fuse tags each email as an account notice, marketing or a newsletter, which sets the unsubscribe choice it falls under

Sending and deliverability

Sends as
The account rep, the producer or a named employee. Replies go to that person
Before your domain is verified
Email sends from a shared insuranceservices.email address
Domain setup
Two TXT records and one CNAME record in your DNS, which prove you own the domain. DMARC is advised, not required
Who sets it up
Your agency or IT. Support can do it if you give them access to your domain registrar
Shared or dedicated IP
Shared addresses through the Mailgun service, sent in small batches
Bad addresses
An email health status flags them, and a campaign can alert your service rep
Attachments
Up to 10 files and 10 MB per broadcast

If your domain already sends through Mailgun in another app, Fuse needs a subdomain. That subdomain also needs two MX records the setup screen leaves out.

Texting

Price
Business Texting at $50 a month
What it includes
A shared two-way inbox, text steps in campaigns and optional website chat
Numbers
One shared number. Separate numbers per office aren't offered
Carrier registration
US carriers make businesses register before texting. Agency Revolution files it and pays the monthly fees
Consent and opt-outs
Texting needs its own permission. STOP blocks further texts
Back to your AMS
Archived conversations can be saved to AMS360, HawkSoft and QQCatalyst

Reporting

What it tracks

  • Emails targeted and delivered
  • Opens and clicks
  • Unsubscribes and complaints
  • Filters by date, campaign or broadcast
  • CSV export with bounce reasons

The dashboard covers email only, so texts and postcards aren't counted. Apple Mail can load emails in the background, which makes open counts run high.

Getting started

  1. Fill in the questionnaire

It covers your brand, your lines and your goals.

  2. Connect your AMS

An integration call sets up the data feed.

  3. Customize campaigns

The team adjusts library campaigns to your agency.

  4. Approve and launch

You sign off on audiences, triggers and messages, then a launch call turns them on.

Launch typically takes about six weeks, depending on how fast your agency answers. A kickoff and quarterly strategy calls are included. Support runs weekdays 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern.

Corrections

Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan Agency Revolution Fuse quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where Agency Revolution Fuse has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
