Our take
Centerfield fits agents and call centers who want exclusive live transfers across personal lines, health, Medicare or commercial and are comfortable managing a per-call bid. Captive agents can also ask about carrier programs, since the products available depend on the carrier you represent.
Most agents should start with one line in their own state, a conservative maximum bid and a modest prepaid balance, then raise the bid once they know their cost per sale on transferred calls.
Keep your transfer line answered during your hours, and request any call credit within 48 hours of the transfer.

Live transfers
A Centerfield concierge reaches the shopper by phone, text or web, confirms what they need and transfers the call to you. You choose your lines and states and pay per call up to your maximum bid. With the optional Bill on No Answer program, a call you miss is sent to you by email with the shopper's details and billed at the same price as a transfer.
Data leads
Data leads are exclusive and come in auto, home, life, health and commercial insurance. Fill out a short contact form and the estimator comes back with volume and pricing for your area.
Getting started
- Ask for a demo account through Agents Alliance or the volume estimator, then pick your lines, states and agent type.
- Accept the Datalot buyer agreement, then prepay a balance by credit card.
- Set a maximum bid on each product. Centerfield sets a minimum bid, and what you pay per call never goes above your maximum.
- Calls ring through to your number, and data leads land in your Datalot account, the same place you manage bids and funds.
- If you want unused funds back, ask the account representative named in your Datalot account.
Pricing
There are no published prices. Live transfers run on a maximum bid, and you can raise or lower it as often as you like. Centerfield sets the minimum for each product, and you never pay more than your maximum.
Data leads are quoted for your area through the estimator. You prepay by credit card, and if 12 months go by with no purchases the balance left over goes back to your card.

Corrections
Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan Centerfield quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where Centerfield has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
