Who owns what when you leave
IMP keeps most of what it creates. Its terms keep campaign ideas, scripts, copy and illustrations with IMP. Website copy and articles written just for your agency are the exception.
| What | Who owns it | When you leave |
|---|---|---|
| Materials you supply, such as photos and logos | Your agency | Returned on request |
| Campaign ideas, scripts, copy and illustrations IMP creates | IMP | Stay with IMP |
Ask who owns the website, domain, Facebook ad account and Google Business Profile before you sign. IMP builds the site and runs the Facebook and Google profiles, and its terms let it accept platform terms on your behalf.

Corrections
Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan Insurance Marketing Partners quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where Insurance Marketing Partners has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
