Our take
Nextiva's phone plans are low-cost, and its contact center keeps more consent detail than most dialers here. It stores consent per number, splits call and text opt-outs and shows federal and litigator scrub results.
The contact center is quote only above Essential, and dialing starts on Professional.
Watch the texting rules. Nextiva bars lead generation texts, and recordings top out at three years of paid storage.
Pros
- Consent stored per number with separate call and text opt-outs
- Scrub reports for federal, litigator and wireless lists

- Setup help on every plan
Cons
- Dialing plans are quote only
- CRM connectors cost extra on every phone plan
- Texting rules bar lead generation messages

- Caller name
- Up to 15 characters, usually live within 15 days
Do Not Call, calling hours and consent

- Pause
- Yes, with PCI pause and card-number redaction
- How long it's kept
- 6 months by default. Paid storage up to 3 years
- Export
- Download one or a batch, or set up SFTP
- After you cancel
- Access ends right away, and Nextiva needn't keep or send your data

Corrections
Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan Nextiva quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where Nextiva has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
