Our take
Next Call Club fits personal lines agencies, including Allstate, Farmers and State Farm agents, that want a steady daily flow of auto and home leads with heavy fraud and consent screening, or that would rather hire a calling team than build one. Its tiers let you trade price against contact rate.
Most agencies should start at the 20-lead daily level Next Call Club recommends, in one tier and territory, then compare cost per sale across tiers before adding an SDR team.
Your statement of work sets your pricing and volume, and your concierge adjusts it as you learn which tiers work.
Pros

- SDR teams that work leads into live transfers and appointments
Cons
- No published lead prices
- Minimum of 15 leads a day
- One-year agreement that renews automatically
- Returns only when more than 5% of a batch has bad contact details

Lead quality checks
Next Call Club buys leads from performance marketing partners whose shoppers come from search, email and social campaigns. Before delivery, it runs name and phone checks, rejects landlines and checks for reassigned numbers.
It screens for fraud and bots, treats forms completed in under 10 seconds as bots and scrubs known TCPA litigators. It also caps how many sources a lead can pass through before it reaches you. A third party validates each lead's consent certificate.
Delivery and integrations
Leads go straight into your CRM, agency management system or rater, with email as a backup. Next Call Club says it can deliver to most CRMs, including Allstate Lead Manager, Farmers Apex, State Farm eCRM, Ricochet360, AgencyZoom, Blitz, GoHighLevel, Velocify, Salesforce and Convoso.
Lead returns
If more than 5% of a batch has bad phone numbers or emails, report it within 10 days. Next Call Club replaces those leads one for one or credits your account.
Contract and cancellation details
The master services agreement runs for one year and renews automatically unless you send written notice 30 days ahead of the anniversary. To end a month-to-month arrangement on a month's final day, give notice by the close of the month before.
You can cancel up to 24 hours before your kickoff call for a full refund, and unused leads or SDR hours can be pro-rated within 30 days. Otherwise fees paid aren't refunded unless your statement of work says so, and the statement of work applies where it differs from the agreement.
Other services
Next Call Club also sells sales coaching for agency teams, at $1,200 a month for two sessions or $2,000 for four.

Corrections
Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan Next Call Club quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where Next Call Club has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
