By the IAT editorial team | Updated October 9, 2026

Our take

Quo is a good front-office phone. Shared numbers, unlimited app texting and clean CRM logging make it easy for a small team to answer clients.

It is not a dialer. Its fair use rules ban auto-dialers and cold calling, so producers working lead lists need something else.

There are no compliance tools. Opt-outs do carry across all of the account's numbers.

Pros

  • Shared numbers and a team text inbox
  • Unlimited app texting in the US and Canada
  • Free port-in and port-out
  • Text opt-outs apply across every number
  • Low yearly prices

Cons

  • Auto-dialers and cold calling are banned
  • No Do Not Call scrub or calling-hour limits
  • Recordings download one at a time
  • No agency system connection
  • No live listen-in coaching

Corrections

Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan Quo quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where Quo has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
