Call Logic review for insurance agents: pricing, dialing and compliance
Call Logic is an outbound power dialer that runs on any phone. The agent calls into Call Logic, then works an imported list one call at a time.
Unlimited Calling suits most producers. Allstate agents get their own lower price.

Our take
Call Logic is built for the producer who wants to burn through a list without changing phones. It works with the line you already have.
Its compliance tools are strong for a power dialer. It scrubs federal and state lists with your account number, follows time zones and records consent type on imports.
It has no texting, and the price is high for a single-line dialer.
Pros
- Federal and state Do Not Call scrubbing
- Time-zone calling limits and consent tagging
- Works with any phone
- Allstate Lead Manager and Cole X-Dates links
- No long-term contract
Cons
- High price for a one-line dialer
- No texting
- No predictive or multi-line mode
- No refunds
- No published recording retention

Strong tools, your liability Call Logic has more compliance controls than most power dialers. The subscriber terms still make the agency solely responsible and require it to indemnify Call Logic.
Call recording and Medicare
- Recording
- One call or a whole campaign. Team plans record every call
- Recording notice

From the 2027 plan year, CMS wants Medicare sales calls kept six years. Ask Call Logic how long it keeps recordings, and download them regularly.

Corrections
Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan Call Logic quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where Call Logic has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
