Our take

Mojo Dialer is a plain outbound dialer at a low published price. Most producers start with Agent Access and the Single Line Dialer, then move to Triple Line when they want more dials an hour.

It sits beside your phone system rather than replacing it. There is no texting, no inbound routing and no predictive mode.

Plan how agents connect. Calling in from your own phone can add toll charges, while Mojo Voice adds a monthly fee per agent.

Pros

  • Low published prices with month-to-month billing
  • Free spam label monitoring and appeals, even for numbers you own
  • Agents on different shifts can share one dialer license
  • Unlimited US and Canada minutes on both dialers
  • Hot keys for call results and voicemail drop

Cons

  • No texting and no inbound routing
  • Recordings cost extra and last only 90 days
  • No free trial, and prepaid fees aren't refunded
  • Most listed CRM connections are for real estate
  • Canceling works only from the Account page

Corrections

Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan Mojo Dialer quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where Mojo Dialer has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
