By the IAT editorial team | Updated October 9, 2026

Armasourcing places dedicated assistants from the Philippines with insurance agencies and runs an insurance contact center. Assistants work your hours and train on common agency systems.

Our take

Armasourcing screens thoroughly and backs the hire. Candidates pass skills, English and voice tests plus a background check and a paid trial project, and a full-time assistant can be replaced free for 110 days.

Prices are quoted, and it holds no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 report, per its trust center. Armasourcing lists English only.

What they can do

Typical tasks
Renewal reminders at 90, 60 and 30 days, certificates, new business and quote follow-up, AMS and CRM admin, inbound service calls, client follow-up, endorsements and policy changes with your review, life, health and benefits enrollment admin, referral partner outreach and marketing support.

Keep licensed work in-house. Armasourcing recommends leaving coverage advice and binding to your licensed staff. You review endorsements and policy changes, and you should check your state's rules before an assistant helps clients enroll in life or health coverage.

Assistants work inside your systems under accounts you control, and Armasourcing recommends role-based AMS access.

Client data security

Security

Every assistant signs an NDA before touching your systems. Access is role-based and screenshot capture can be turned off by agreement. Armasourcing holds no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 report, per its trust center.

Supervision and backup

Who supervises
An operations manager handles performance, quality reviews, coaching and cover, with an account manager for you. Time is tracked daily, and a weekly quality review comes with written coaching notes. Flat Rate and Growth Partner add daily quality checks and weekly reports.
When the assistant is out
If the assistant is sick or on leave, you tell the operations manager and Armasourcing arranges cover.
Replacement
If a full-time assistant isn't a fit within 110 days of starting, Armasourcing replaces them at no cost, with no cap on replacements. Growth Partner extends this to the full six months.

Who employs them

Employer
Armasourcing employs and pays the assistant and handles benefits, equipment and admin. You pay one invoice and run no foreign payroll.

Contract and exit

Minimum term
Hourly is month to month with no lock-in. Growth Partner is a six-month term.
Notice and exit
Growth Partner can be ended with 30 days notice after the first 90 days.
Results guarantee
Two guarantees. The 110-day one covers a poor fit. The separate 90-day one covers missed results and ends in a refund if the replacement also misses them.

Corrections

Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan Armasourcing quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where Armasourcing has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
