Our take

Agency VA gives you more ways to buy than most firms here. You can hire one dedicated assistant, rent a trained team for common tasks or hand whole workflows to its Autopilot service.

It is one of the few that offers P&C licensed assistants, though their price isn't published. Its time tracker sends you a daily report with hours, activity and screenshots, which helps if you worry about remote work.

The gap is the contract. No minimum term, notice period or direct-hire terms are published, so get them in writing before you sign.

Pros

  • Published monthly starting prices
  • P&C licensed assistants available
  • Choice of a dedicated assistant or a managed team
  • Daily reports with hours, activity and screenshots

Cons

  • No published minimum term, notice or direct-hire terms
  • Licensed states and lines per assistant aren't listed
  • Backup cover is listed only for Autopilot
  • Autopilot is quote only

Corrections

Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan Agency VA quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where Agency VA has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
