- Organization model
- Open contracting, with a path for agency builders
Independent agents and agencies contract with PSM Brokerage, whose legal entity is Precision Senior Marketing LLC. Agents can place some or all of their contracts through PSM, so the usual chain is you, then PSM, then the carrier, with an agency in between when you join through one. Agent Academy has a path for agents building an agency.
PSM says agents who already hold carrier contracts can call for help walking through transfer options.
How you get paid
- Level bumps
- Life contract levels are negotiable with volume
PSM says it holds the highest contracts available nationwide and only offers direct company contracts.
PSM's commission training says 2026 Medicare Advantage national CMS maximums are $694 initial and $347 renewal. It gives typical life ranges of 60% to 120% of target premium in year one and 2% to 10% in years two through ten or beyond, with ancillary ranges of 15% to 25% in year one and 5% to 10% for renewals. Life contract levels can be negotiated based on volume.
Its training explains that the gap between the carrier package and the agent rate funds release, contracting, back office support and training.
No carrier by carrier pay path is published.
Leaving
- Release policy
- Open release
- Debt when you leave
- Outstanding debt or chargebacks can hold up a carrier transfer
Carrier release, transfer, timing, debt and blackout rules still apply, and each carrier may require its own forms, notice or waiting period.
Book ownership, renewals and client data access depend on the applicable contracts, and PSM's Medicare tools include a client download feature.
Advances, chargebacks and debt
PSM's published Mutual of Omaha contracting packet offers as-earned and advance elections, subject to written carrier and master general agency approval.
Lines and carriers
PSM lists Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Part D, ACA, life, annuity and ancillary products such as dental, accident, cancer and hospital indemnity. ACA carriers include Ambetter, Anthem, Cigna, Molina, Oscar and UHC. Medicare carriers include Aetna, Aflac, Anthem, Cigna, Devoted Health and Florida Blue.

Corrections
Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan PSM Brokerage quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where PSM Brokerage has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
