DYL review: pricing, plans and integrations

By the IAT editorial team | Updated October 9, 2026

DYL is a CRM with an optional phone system, dialer and texting that agencies run beside their AMS. Leads, deals and call history live in DYL, and some AMS systems open the client's record when they call.

The CRM costs $49 to $149 a user per month, and turning on phone or texting raises that price.

Our take

DYL suits agencies that want to call and text leads from the same system that stores them and already keep policies in an AMS. AMS360 and QQCatalyst users get the most, since notes and recordings flow back to the AMS.

You build a plan in two parts. The tier sets users, records and automation, and the phone and texting switches set what else you pay per user.

Plan for one-time fees as well. Onboarding and phone setup each run from $50 on Starter to $1,000 on Enterprise.

Pros

  • CRM prices for all four plans on its website
  • Opens the client's AMS record on incoming calls
  • Do Not Call scrubbing and texting registration built in
  • Power and preview dialer with call recording
  • 30-day free trial on three plans

Cons

  • Phone and texting prices appear only when you build a plan
  • One-time onboarding and phone setup fees
  • iPhone app not updated since 2018, no Android app
  • No carrier downloads or policy records

Corrections

Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan DYL quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where DYL has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
