Products and getting started
AWL
- Create an account on InsuranceLeads.com or InsuranceQuotes. There's no deposit or setup fee.
- Choose your lines and packages, then target by state, county, ZIP code and radius or area code, and add any filters.
- Set daily, weekly or monthly volume, a budget limit or hourly and daily call limits.
- Leads arrive by email, text, your online account or your CRM or rater.
- Your card is charged on the 1st and 16th, or sooner if you reach your credit limit, for leads already delivered.
QuoteWizard
- Fill out the join form on the agent site and choose your lines.
- Pick packages and filters with a sales rep, along with your territory and daily or weekly caps.
- Set the amount charged to your card. The card is charged again once your balance falls under what a single lead costs. You can set a cash cap to stop automatic charges.
- Leads arrive in the QuoteWizard dashboard and by email, and can post into your CRM, rater or dialer.
- Pause when you need to. Standard accounts get 45 vacation days a year, and higher-volume accounts get more.
Price and cost to start
QuoteWizard posts starting prices for its auto, home and renters packages, with Premium auto leads from $7.88, and has a rep quote health, Medicare and life. AWL publishes no prices at all and offers an optional Max Bid for leads other agents want too. To start, AWL bills after delivery with no deposit, while QuoteWizard recharges your card each time the balance falls to the cost of one lead.

Shared or exclusive
QuoteWizard offers an exclusive version of every line it sells except Medicare, and its shared auto leads average 1.7 buyers with four as the ceiling. Every AWL web lead is shared, landing with an average of 2 to 4 agents, so a prospect of your own there means buying live transfers. Calls from both companies go to a single agent.
Every offer: AWL and QuoteWizard.
Lead returns
Both give you 10 days and pay back in credit. The gap is in the fine print, because AWL publishes the reasons it accepts, such as a student project or a language barrier, while QuoteWizard keeps its lead credit policy private and limits returns to 25% of your leads. Ask QuoteWizard to send that policy before you put money in.
Full return terms: AWL and QuoteWizard.
Contract and cancellation
Neither AWL nor QuoteWizard locks you into a term. On a standard QuoteWizard account you can halt the flow for as many as 45 days each year and set a cash cap on automatic charges, though its cancellation steps and the fate of unused funds are not published. AWL closes your account once you notify InsuranceLeads.com and never asks for money up front.
Full contract terms: AWL and QuoteWizard.
Delivery and integrations
Delivery is close to a tie. Each sends leads by email and text and can post them into your CRM or rater. QuoteWizard adds dialer connections and handles caps, territory and credit requests from one dashboard, while AWL can also feed a quoting engine and says leads flow on weekends as well as weekdays.

Lead quality checks
AWL and QuoteWizard both lean on search traffic to their own sites plus partner sources. QuoteWizard runs TrustedForm and Jornaya LeadiD on its quote form but doesn't describe its validation steps or publish its consent wording. AWL lists concrete checks on names, phones, emails and ZIP codes, and its shopper terms permit automated calls and texts even to Do Not Call numbers.
