AgentSync Manage review: pricing, NIPR filing and features

By the IAT editorial team | Updated October 9, 2026

AgentSync Manage keeps producer licenses, appointments and continuing education (CE) in one place and checks them against NIPR every day. It also files new licenses, renewals, appointments and terminations through the NIPR Gateway.

It fits carriers, agencies and MGAs that run on Salesforce, since Manage lives inside it. It's priced by quote, and setup is billed as a separate project.

Our take

Manage suits a carrier, agency or MGA with a licensing team big enough to run producer compliance as a system, not a side task. It goes past tracking. It files license applications, renewals, appointments and terminations, and it can hold a just-in-time appointment until business comes in.

The limit that matters most is Salesforce. Manage runs inside it, so you either buy a Salesforce license through AgentSync or install Manage in your own org, and setup is a scoped project. Carrier contracting and multi-level hierarchies are sold as separate products.

Pros

  • Files licenses, renewals, appointments and terminations through NIPR
  • Bulk appointing and bulk terminating
  • Holds just-in-time appointments until new business comes in
  • Scorecards show where each producer should be licensed
  • FINRA and NIPR data in one profile for variable lines
  • Producer portal for documents and background checks

Cons

  • No published price, and setup is billed as its own project
  • Requires Salesforce
  • Carrier contracting and hierarchies are separate products
  • No refunds, and you can't cut licenses during a term
  • Documents and attachments aren't moved over at setup

Good to know before you buy

  • Implementation is a separate project with its own statement of work.
  • Training packages cost extra. Training Foundations has to come with any other package.
  • Manage runs on Salesforce. You buy that license through AgentSync, or you keep your own org and pay Salesforce for extra storage.

AutoPilot, the managed service

AgentSync staff can run onboarding, licensing and appointments inside your Manage account. A request starts within five business days once you send what they need. If a filing has to go straight to a state or NIPR, those fees are invoiced to you.

NIPR and state filing

Connection to NIPR
Direct. Pulls from the Producer Database and files through the NIPR Gateway
How often it syncs
Once a day. NIPR updates its database after hours on weeknights
States covered
Each state that accepts a given transaction through the Gateway

What it pulls from NIPR

  • The full producer report when you add a National Producer Number (NPN)
  • Daily license and appointment changes
  • Daily regulatory action notices

What it files for you

  • New license applications
  • License renewals
  • Appointments
  • Terminations

You must register with NIPR before you use Manage. The terms also require each producer's written consent before you use that producer's NIPR data.

Licenses and credentials

License types

  • Producer licenses
  • Agency licenses
  • Lines of authority
  • Variable lines, with FINRA data in the same profile

Other credentials tracked

  • Continuing education
  • Background checks
  • Producer documents
  • State and carrier product training

CE records follow each resident state's rules, and producers get reminders to finish. Course completions can flow in from AgentSync Learn, a separate product run with WebCE.

Compliance scorecards show the states and lines of authority where each producer should be licensed. Setup includes up to 100 of them.

Appointments and terminations

How appointments are filed
Sent through the NIPR Gateway, one at a time or in bulk
States
Each state that takes appointments through the Gateway
Terminations
Single or bulk, through the Gateway
Just-in-time appointing
The appointment waits until you release it, or until new business arrives from a carrier's policy system
List-only states
Tracks agents writing business in states that keep a list of agents instead of appointments

Contracting and onboarding

Carrier paperwork
AgentSync Contracting, sold separately, fills carrier forms for e-signature and sends data by secure email or encrypted file transfer. One producer can go to several carriers at once, but not many producers in one send
Ready-to-sell check
Eligibility checks run before an action is sent. A Ready to Sell status lives in the separate Hierarchies product
Producer portal
Producers see their licenses and appointments, update details, upload documents and finish background checks
Who pays for contracting
The organization that licenses it. Producers pay nothing

Hierarchies and roles

Each agent's link to an agency loads with the producer data. Multi-level hierarchies and commission levels need Hierarchies, a separate product with screens inside Manage.

User roles
Customer administrator with full edit and delete rights, and view only

Alerts and renewals

Alerts and reports

  • Regulatory action notices from NIPR every day
  • Reminders to producers to finish CE, background checks or documents
  • Two task and two email automations set up for you
  • 50 standard reports and six dashboards, plus up to 10 custom reports and one custom dashboard

Corrections

Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan AgentSync Manage quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where AgentSync Manage has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
