SureLC review: pricing, NIPR filing and features
SureLC is a licensing and contracting platform for the uplines that recruit producers, such as IMOs, FMOs, BGAs and agencies. A producer fills in one profile, and SureLC uses it to fill each carrier's contracting forms for e-signature.
It also files nonresident licenses and renewals through NIPR. The upline pays a subscription priced by quote.

Our take
SureLC is built for the upline that recruits producers and sends their contracts to many carriers. One profile fills each carrier's forms for the producer to e-sign, and carriers on SuranceBay's integrated list get them electronically. Producers can also order nonresident licenses and renewals without leaving it.
It doesn't file appointments for you. The carrier does that, and only carriers on Compliance+ do it inside SureLC. Small fees add up too, from license orders to NIPR alerts and add-ons.
Pros
- One producer profile fills every carrier's forms
- Electronic delivery to integrated carriers
- Nonresident licenses and renewals in batches
- Fastlane and Data Express update many carriers at once
- A free anti-money-laundering course for producers
Cons
- Subscription pricing is quoted
- Carriers file the appointments
- Usage fees on license orders, NIPR alerts and add-ons
- Terms can change without notice
- No trial or self-serve sign-up

| NIPR fee | SuranceBay lists $4.25 per license |

State and NIPR fees are passed through at cost, and whoever submits a license order pays all four, by card or from the agency's prepaid balance. NIPR's own help page lists a $5.60 transaction fee, so check the total in your order summary before you pay.
SuranceBay's example. A license with a $100 state fee comes to $112.22 once SureLC, NIPR and processing fees are added.

Frequently asked questions
How much does SureLC cost?
SuranceBay quotes the subscription to each upline, and some agencies pay per contract instead. License orders, NIPR alerts and add-ons are charged as you use them.
Is SureLC free for agents?
There's no subscription for agents. They join through an agency's link and pay only for license orders they place themselves.
Does SureLC file appointments?
No. The agency sends the contract request, and the carrier files the appointment, inside SureLC if it uses Compliance+.
Can I use SureLC with more than one agency?
Yes. You register with each agency, use a different password for each one and most of your profile carries over.
What is SureLC One?
It's a single-carrier version that a carrier pays for. It lets a small agency that doesn't buy SureLC send contracts to that carrier.
How we researched this review. We based this review on the pricing, terms and product pages published by SureLC, reviewed in October 2026, together with our team's experience working with insurance agents and agency owners since 2008.
Corrections
Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan SureLC quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where SureLC has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
