Agentero built it as an in-house tool and launched it on its own in 2025. It's priced by quote, based on producer count and modules.

Our take
Producerflow fits carriers, MGAs and agencies that onboard a lot of producers and want filing to run without a Salesforce project. It files nonresident licenses, renewals, appointments and terminations through NIPR, in bulk from a spreadsheet or on just-in-time triggers.
It can also feed license and appointment status to a carrier's policy system, so agents quote and bind only while current.

Corrections
Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan Producerflow quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where Producerflow has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
