Get Insured 24/7 review for insurance agents: E&O cost, coverage and policy terms

By the IAT editorial team | Updated October 9, 2026

Agent E&O pays to defend you and settle a client's claim that a mistake in your work cost them money. Get Insured 24/7 is an online brand for life and health agent E&O, and its enrollment now runs through Rockwood Programs' quote site.

Lloyd's underwriters issue the policy on a surplus lines basis, and you can bind in about 10 minutes.

Best for
Independent life and health agents who want to quote and bind E&O online in minutes
Price
Quote only, shown during the online application
Insurer
Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's, London, through Rockwood Programs
Lines covered
Life, accident and health, fixed and indexed annuities. Mutual funds are an add-on, and incidental P&C is an add-on everywhere except 16 states
Policy form
Claims-made and reported: the claim has to be made and reported during the policy period
Admitted
No. It's a surplus lines policy, so no state guaranty fund backs it

Our take

This suits a life and health agent who wants coverage bound online today, with general liability and disciplinary defense included. Incidental P&C is an add-on, not part of the base policy, and it isn't offered in several large states, including California, Florida, New York and Texas. You see the price only inside the quote.

Two cautions. It's a surplus lines policy with no state guaranty fund behind it, and the site says policies can't be canceled for a refund.

Pros

  • Quote, bind and get the policy online in about 10 minutes
  • General liability included at no extra cost
  • Independent contractors covered
  • Free pre-claims hotline

Cons

  • No published prices
  • Surplus lines, not an admitted insurer
  • No refunds once bound
  • Policy form isn't posted online

Corrections

Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan Get Insured 24/7 quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where Get Insured 24/7 has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
