  1. Call, email or book a meeting

Reach the agent sales line at 800-777-9322 or write to info@eisgroup.net.

  2. Fill in the carrier forms

Eldercare uses carrier forms and its eisapp.com agent portal.

  3. Get ready to sell

Have your state license, anti-money-laundering training, AHIP or fraud, waste and abuse training for Medicare and each carrier's certification.

Contract with
Eldercare directly, or as a recruiting general agent (GA) with your own downline

Start by phone, by email or with a scheduled meeting. Carrier-specific HubSpot forms and the eisapp.com portal are also used. You can contract direct to Eldercare or as a recruiting general agent (GA) who builds a downline and sees it in the portal.

The usual chain is agent, optional downline agency, Eldercare, then Integrity and the carriers. Integrity's subsidiaries list names Eldercare Insurance Services LLC, while agent-facing Terms name Eldercare Insurance Services, Inc., and the signed producer agreement is not public.

How you get paid

Bonuses and trips
Reward points for cash, prizes and trips

Eldercare republishes CMS maximum Medicare Advantage and Part D broker figures as federal ceilings.

Those ceilings are not Eldercare's commission schedule, and Med Supp, life and final expense schedules are not published.

Reward points and an online shopping mall are marketed. Ask for the commission schedule and the pay-path forms for each carrier before you contract.

Leaving

Release policy
Open release, per its homepage
Book and client data
Integrity processes client data for agents. MedicareCENTER can import an existing book
Non-compete
No classic non-compete, but you may not resell leads bought from Eldercare

Eldercare's homepage says it has an open release policy and that an unhappy agent can leave with no obligation. It publishes no release fee, timing or debt rules to back that up.

MedicareCENTER says it can import an existing book.

Terms bar reselling leads purchased from the company and require binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas. Classic noncompete text is not in the Terms.

Frequently asked questions

What contract level does Eldercare offer new agents?

Eldercare does not publish starting levels. Its VIP Lead Program uses the term street level without a written carrier-grid definition. Ask for the schedule by carrier and line before you sign.

Can I leave Eldercare and keep my book?

Eldercare advertises an open release policy and says unhappy agents can leave with no obligation. Ask for the release terms in writing before you sign.

Release fee, turnaround, renewal vesting and book ownership after exit are not published. What stays yours after you leave comes down to your contract and the rules at each carrier.

Does Eldercare support Medicare?

Yes. Lines include Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement and Part D along with final expense, life, ancillary and ACA marketplace products.

Do I have to buy leads from Eldercare?

No requirement to buy leads is stated. If you want them, IntegrityCONNECT has marketplace leads, though they don't post prices.

T65 Locator doesn't charge a direct fee as long as your contracting qualifies. There's also the VIP program, which pays qualifying street-level agents back up to $490 once they hit 16 issued enrollments in three months.

How do I start with Eldercare?

Call, email or schedule a meeting with the agent sales team. Carrier HubSpot forms and the eisapp.com portal are also used.

Corrections

Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan Eldercare Insurance Services quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where Eldercare Insurance Services has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
