How you would join

- Contract with
- A partner agency or IMO, in most cases
Integrity distributes through partner agencies and IMOs, so most agents contract through a partner rather than with Integrity directly. The chain runs from Integrity to the partner agency to you. Integrity's lead terms refer to an agreement with you or your upline.
The entity named on the producer agreement and whether the partner runs a recruiting team depend on the partner you choose.
How you get paid
Whether carriers pay you directly or through the partner, and whether carrier bonuses are passed through, are also not published. These terms are set by the partner agency.
Leaving
Integrity's lead terms give you ownership of the user data you put into the lead platform, while Integrity owns aggregated and de-identified data.
Platform access ends immediately when the agreement with you or your upline ends, so export your client list before you leave. Each carrier also sets its own waiting rules for moving contracts.
Advances, chargebacks and debt
Ask your partner agency whether unpaid chargeback debt passes up the chain and whether future commissions are held back to cover it.
Lines and carriers
Integrity lists Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Part D, ACA, life, final expense and annuity products, plus ancillary health and wealth products.
Leads, tools and who pays
Lead programs
| Program | Lead type | Price | Exclusive |
|---|---|---|---|
| IntegrityCONNECT marketplace | Realtime, custom ad and on-demand leads | Set in the platform by criteria and lead type | At least 30 days by default |
- Tools
- IntegrityCONNECT CRM with quoting, e-apps, policy snapshots and email and text marketing
- Who pays
- Free for Integrity agents and agencies. Leads cost extra
IntegrityCONNECT includes a CRM, integrated quote and e-app for multiple health and life carriers, policy snapshots and automated email and text marketing. Integrity says IntegrityCONNECT is free for Integrity agents and agencies. Leads are bought separately in the IntegrityCONNECT marketplace, with realtime leads paid from a prepaid wallet that cannot be cashed out.
Lead prices or price ranges depend on the selected criteria and lead type and appear in the platform. Integrity advertises 15% off orders that repeat automatically through Automate and Save. All lead sales are final under the stated credit rules, and leads stay exclusive within the marketplace for at least 30 days by default.
Training and production
Integrity's life team offers field underwriting, illustrations and case management.
Contracting, certifications and E&O
- Group E&O
- Up to 50% off through IntegrityCONNECT Association
The lead platform requires a professional insurance license in good standing. Medicare marketing under Integrity's lead terms requires CMS or carrier approved materials and a Scope of Appointment before marketing appointments.
IntegrityCONNECT Association advertises E&O savings of up to 50% off the standard industry price. Actual savings are determined at checkout and the program may be modified or discontinued.
Ownership and channel
Integrity is employee-owned with institutional investors. Silver Lake led a $1.2 billion minority investment in December 2021, and Harvest Partners is the largest institutional investor. Integrity also owns Connexion Point, whose licensed agents serve consumers for carriers through member programs and enrollment support.
Medicare comp context
Your Medicare Advantage and Part D pay comes from the carrier contract and your upline, up to the yearly ceiling CMS sets (CMS agent and broker compensation (opens in a new tab)).

Corrections
Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan Integrity Marketing Group quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where Integrity Marketing Group has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
