AndDone review for insurance agencies: fees, deposits and agency system connections
AndDone lets clients pay premium by card or ACH from a payment link, an always-on payment page or a checkout built into your website. Payouts start two business days after a payment is approved and go to the trust or operating account you choose.
It fits agencies, wholesalers and MGAs that want financing from Imperial PFS (IPFS) next to pay in full. There is no monthly fee, and AndDone quotes its rates after a demo.

Our take
AndDone was built by IPFS, so its standout is financing at checkout. A client can pay in full or sign an IPFS finance agreement from the same link.
It suits commercial and specialty agencies, wholesalers and general agents. AMS360 agencies can let clients pay open invoices and post the receipts back without retyping.
There is no monthly fee, but the rate comes only with a quote. The client pays a technology fee unless you cover it, so ask for both numbers in writing.

From AndDone's website and help center, checked October 2026. AndDone doesn't publish its card or ACH rate.
Good to know before you buy
- Deposits arrive with the technology fee already taken out.
- AndDone sets a single-payment limit for each agency and doesn't publish it. Ask for yours, since AMS360 invoices above the ACH limit can only be paid by card.
- A new tax ID or a sale of the agency means a new application.
Where the money goes
- Merchant account
- AndDone holds it as a payment facilitator, meaning AndDone collects the money first and then pays you. Your agency is a sub-merchant, an account under AndDone's
- Processor
- Adyen
- Where deposits go
- The bank account you verify at onboarding, which must be in your business's name
- How fast
- Payouts go out by same-day ACH two business days after approval, so the money lands about then. Your bank decides when it shows
- Trust or operating account
- You pick either one at onboarding
- Split funding
- Yes, if a developer builds it on the API. Shares can go to carriers, MGAs and agents who split commission
Refunds and chargebacks come out of later payouts. AndDone takes refunds, chargebacks and returned ACH payments out of your next payouts, technology fee included. Amounts you owe AndDone can also be billed on a monthly invoice in the portal.

Corrections
Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan AndDone quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where AndDone has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
