How Much Does Insurance Payment Processing Cost?

By the IAT editorial team | Updated October 9, 2026

Two of the five payment platforms here put prices in dollars on their sites. One more explains its pricing in words with no full price list. Two price by quote only.

ePayPolicy charges $25 or $50 a month, and Input 1 charges $20 a month only when payments total under $1,000. AndDone has no monthly fee, while Applied Pay and InsurePay quote the subscription. Only Applied Pay publishes its fee on each payment.

Every price is dated October 2026. The fees table shows what each platform says about the fee on each payment and about deposit timing. Input 1 publishes neither.

Pricing models

Each row takes the lowest published price a vendor has in that unit. Add-ons, setup fees, usage rates and prices for one narrow group of buyers are not counted.

Two charge a flat monthly price for the whole account, plus a fee on each payment (Input 1 and ePayPolicy).

Input 1's $20 applies only when payments total under $1,000 a month. It drops to $0 at $1,000 or more.

Published prices by vendor

We list these in the default order built on trust factors. A higher spot is not a quality ranking.

The fees table shows what each platform says about the fee on each payment and about deposit timing. Input 1 publishes neither.

Vendors appear in our default order, which follows trust factors and says nothing about quality.

Setup and one-time fees

One of the five lists a setup, onboarding or other one-time fee but no price. Input 1 says there is no setup fee. Count any one-time fee in your first-year budget.

  • ePayPolicy. Implementation and onboarding: A one-time fee may apply. ePayPolicy gives you the amount in writing before your account goes live.

Contract terms

The contract decides what you pay over time and what it costs to leave. Read the term, the renewal rule and the notice period before you sign. Input 1 publishes no contract terms, so it is not listed.

The default order goes by trust factors. It is not our pick of the best.
