Ways in
Affiliate, outsource or become a partner

Simplicity names three access routes: affiliating, outsourcing or becoming a partner.

The company is Simplicity Group Holdings, Inc., and LifeLink platform use is with Simplicity LifeLink, Inc.

How you get paid

If commission information is available, Simplicity will put it in the Agent Center.

Whether carriers pay you directly or through Simplicity is not published, and neither is carrier bonus pass-through.

Leaving

Book and client data
You keep rights to data you submit to LifeLink, but LifeLink owes you no copy

Under the May 2025 LifeLink terms, users keep all rights to customer data they submit. LifeLink can withhold or discard that data for a terms breach, including unpaid debt, can end access on suspension or termination and has no duty to forward the data. Export is not published, so keep your own client records outside LifeLink.

Advances, chargebacks and debt

Ask for them in writing before you take advanced commissions.

Income claims

Simplicity says one of its annuity sales programs delivered a 133% increase in average agent annual annuity premium, based on data from January 2024 through December 2024. It also says advisors can see more than 30 possible new IUL clients in a month, based on data from January 2024 through June 2025, and that results are not guaranteed.

Sample size and method are not published. A typical-earnings statement after expenses is not published.

Corrections

Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan Simplicity Group quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where Simplicity Group has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
