Symmetry Financial Group (SFG) is Quility's life insurance agent organization. Agents join an agency owner's team, sell life, final expense and annuities and work inside Quility's own technology stack of HQ, Switchboard and Navigator. Quility publishes its release and promotion rules.

How you would join

Apply through the SFG form
You join an agency group under a group principal.
Open HQ tickets
The Quility Contracting team handles your carrier paperwork.
Wait on the carriers
Quility says carrier processing runs from 24 to 48 business hours to several weeks.
- Upline chain
- You, your agency owner and uplines, SFG, then the carrier
SFG is a recruiting hierarchy. You apply through the SFG form and join an agency group under a group principal, with uplines above and downlines below you on each carrier. Uplines earn carrier overrides on downline business.
Levels are a percent of the carrier schedule. An agent promoted to 110% on ProTrack, Quility's promotion track, must release the downline to the immediate upline. For SBLI, Quility says the agent signs the carrier contract in SureLC and Quility reviews and forwards it.
How you get paid
- Starting level
- On the Commission Grid inside HQ, after you contract
- Level bumps
- Promotion forms usually add 5%. Slingshot moves new agents from 80 to 95
- Overrides
- Uplines earn carrier overrides on downline business
Your level is a percentage contract shown on the Commission Grid inside HQ, so the starting level is shared during contracting.
Promotion request forms typically move an agent 5% higher, and the Slingshot promotion moves new agents through levels 80 to 95 based on Net Placed Premium, the premium on policies that are issued and paid. Changes at 105% or higher need approval.
Override discrepancy backpay covers policies from the last 90 days.
Leaving
- Release policy
- No releases to or from National Agents Alliance, Family First Life or Equis
For every other IMO, Quility releases you only after the other IMO has signed its release first.
Agents with no business written for six months or more may not need a carrier release, though certain carriers have their own forms. Moving between internal groups needs the current principal's approval, and you must stay in a group at least 90 days before the carrier processes more changes.
The technology terms let Symmetry keep using client data after you leave, and your access ends immediately, so keep your own copy. If an upline leaves, the downline is reassigned by form.
Advances, chargebacks and debt
For EasyTrak, Quility's own term product, Quility pays a 75% annualized advance daily on business days by EFT, and as-earned pay is available.
Lines and carriers
Lines include term, whole and final expense life, indexed universal life, annuities and some living benefit products. Quility B2B names SBLI, American Amicable, Banner Life, United Home Life, F&G, Foresters Financial, Protective Life, North American, Prudential, Mutual of Omaha, Americo and Corebridge Financial.

Contracting, certifications and E&O
- Certifications
- A life license, or willingness to get one
- E&O required
- Yes, $1,000,000 or more. A group policy counts if your name is on the certificate
