- Who pays
- No desk, technology or monthly platform fees
Leads are optional and open to agents who have finished licensing, contracting and training and meet program eligibility. Aged leads are older form leads sold at a lower price than fresh ones.
TPG says agents pay no desk fees, technology fees or monthly platform charges for its CRM, agent dashboard and AI call assistant. The TV advertising behind its live transfers is not TPG's own.
Training and production
New agents go through ALS-30, a 30-day launch program, with role-play at 7:30 AM ET and daily training at 12 PM ET. Each agent is assigned a mentor and can use the Virtual Call Center on Zoom. It is $0 to join, agents cover their own expenses and production minimums are not published.
TPG says higher commission levels are tied to production volume. The written schedule gives the thresholds and demotion rules.
Contracting, certifications and E&O
- Certifications
- Age 18 or older and a valid license, plus product training as needed
You need to be 18 or older with a valid insurance license, and you can apply before licensing. TPG says licensed agents typically reach live phone sales in 2 to 3 weeks. TPG says a carrier pays the appointment fee once you are contracted, so confirm it for each carrier.
E&O may be needed after licensing.

Medicare comp context
Your Medicare Advantage and Part D pay comes from the carrier contract and your upline, up to the yearly ceiling CMS sets (CMS agent and broker compensation (opens in a new tab)).

Corrections
Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan The Price Group quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where The Price Group has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
