Maverick Data review for insurance agents: data, pricing and permitted use
Maverick Data sells consumer and property records to personal lines agents by state. Each record can carry a homeowner flag, an x-date (the date a policy is due to renew) and phone numbers with a Do Not Call label.
The x-date is the anniversary of the home purchase, which Maverick calls month-level accurate at best. Each state costs $100 a month or $1,000 a year.

Our take
Maverick fits an agent who wants a large monthly pull of homeowners across a whole state at a flat price. Free counts and previews let you check a territory before you spend credits.
Maverick is upfront that the x-date is only an estimate from the purchase date. Use it to time outreach by month, not by day.
Each state's data was built about two to three months before our review, so ask for the build date of your state. The terms bar resale and underwriting use.

Data sources and dates
| Source | What it gives you | How often it updates |
|---|---|---|
| County deed and property records | Owner, purchase date, home value and property type | Each state shows its last build date |
| Licensed data companies | Phone, email, age and Do Not Call labels | No schedule given |
- Renewal date
- Shown as a date, but only the month is reliable
- How it's built
- The anniversary of the recorded purchase. A lender requires a home policy at closing, so the policy often starts then
This date is an estimate. Maverick's own method article calls the x-date month-level accurate at best. Owners who changed carriers since buying will renew at a different time.

Corrections
Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan Maverick Data quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where Maverick Data has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
