13 of the 13 CE providers here put prices in dollars on their sites. A state renewal package of 20 to 24 hours costs $38.95 to $49.95 before the state reporting fee, and single courses start at $12.95. Every price is dated October 2026.
Pricing models
The table below uses the lowest published price each vendor has in a given unit. Add-ons, setup fees, usage rates and prices aimed at one narrow group of buyers stay out, and per-person prices are never blended with flat plans.
Two sell a yearly price per agent (InsuranceStudy and AHIP Medicare Training), so the bill grows with each agent you add. InsuranceStudy also sells single courses, and the others price by the course, package or library.

Why rates differ
Prices change with the state, the license and how you buy.
- A package covers a full renewal for one state and license. Single courses cost less each but add up.
- Yearly libraries and memberships cover most online courses for a year, but check required topics and live hours.
- Some list prices are discounted. NobleCE shows $67 struck through, and Kaplan runs sale codes.
- Pre-licensing for new agents costs more than CE.
State reporting fees
Some states charge to record your finished hours. California charges $0.65 per credit hour, so a 24-hour renewal adds $15.60. Texas bills providers $1.30 per credit hour and most pass it on, so a 24-hour package adds $31.20.
360training charges agents $0.88 instead, or $21.12 for 24 hours. Florida charges nothing, and InsuranceStudy lists no fee for New York or Washington. Most providers add the fee at checkout, on top of a package or a yearly membership.
