EZnet Scheduler fits an agency that runs one shared schedule for several producers, offices or meeting rooms. Clients book online and pick the staff member they want, and your team tracks each appointment by status.
Basic is the plan most small agencies need, with five users, recurring appointments and voice reminders for one account price. Standard and Power make sense as you add staff, clients or offices.
The limit to plan around is the client record cap on each plan. Medicare and health agents should get a BAA from EZnet before using health questions.

Good to know before you buy
- Each plan caps users, staff and client records. Staff and office locations share one count.
- On Starter, each extra user, staff member, resource or appointment type is $15 a month.
- Starter needs a card on file for anything you add.
- Every plan allows unlimited appointments.
Text and voice units
Texts and voice reminders use units that are billed on top of the plan. Each paid plan comes with bonus units. A text over 153 characters, or 70 with special characters, uses more than one unit.

Intake questions
Custom intake forms collect what you need before the meeting. Standard adds five custom fields and Power adds 25. Standard and up can also show booking in French, Spanish, Arabic and Portuguese.

On your phone

Team routing
Each producer, office or meeting room gets its own schedule column, called a station. EZnet matches a booking by who is free, the appointment type, what the client prefers and how long the meeting runs.
Client picks the producer
Clients can choose their preferred staff member when they book. Station view limits let you control which schedules each person sees.
Status board on Power
The IntelliVu board shows where each appointment stands, with your own fields and filters. Standard has three custom statuses and Power has nine.
Matching doesn't check licenses. EZnet doesn't know which producers are licensed in the client's state or appointed with the carrier. Keep each producer's calendar to the clients they can serve.
Reminders and texts
Reminders and no-shows
Emails can go out on a timing rule you set or when someone books, cancels or reschedules. Texts go right away or from 15 minutes to 72 hours before the meeting. Voice reminders let clients confirm, cancel or reschedule by phone.
Staff mark no-shows by hand. A status change can send the client a message.
