How Much Does COI Software Cost?
Four of the five COI tools here put prices in dollars on their sites. One does not publish prices. Certificial is free for agencies.

Pricing models
Free for agencies. Certificial charges certificate holders, not the agency, once a holder tracks more than 5 suppliers.
One price a year by plan. Choices charges $180 to $540 a year, and Self Serve Certificates is $400 a year more.
By active clients. Insurance Agent App prices the whole app, with certificates included. $382 a year covers up to 100 active clients, and past 100 you pay from $50 a month plus a one-time setup fee of $449 to $10,000.
Per vendor tracked. Evident charges $15 or $25 for each vendor a year, billed yearly.

Prices here follow different measures: the plan you pick, how many clients have an active policy or how many vendors you track.
Setup and one-time fees
One of the five lists a setup, onboarding or other one-time fee with a price. Count any one-time fee in your first-year budget.
- Insurance Agent App Certs on Demand. Setup fees run from $449 on Plan A to $10,000 on Plans K to O, paid once for branding and setup.
Contract terms
The contract decides what you pay over time and what it costs to leave. Read the term, the renewal rule and the notice period before you sign. Vendors whose terms say only that a plan runs monthly or yearly are left out of the table.
We list these in the default order built on trust factors. A higher spot is not a quality ranking.
